The real question is how does it prove disruptive against management softwares like MS System center and Citrix Essentials ...

How does it complement Citrix Essentials(http://community.citrix.com/display/xs/XenServer+-+Essentials)
I think they support Hyper-V and Vmware, not sure of Xen...
I presume that there must be support for Xen.
